Reminders For Graduation 2022
Graduation Day

Graduation will be held on Wednesday, May 18 at 2pm at the Amway Arena.

Timber Creek High School is paying for graduates and families to park in the Geico Parking garage located across the street from the Amway Center. Parking will be available on floors 2 – 8.

No bags are allowed in the Amway Arena – 4.5x6.5 inch clutch or wallet is approved.

No noise makers are allowed in the Amway.

All seniors and guests will go through Amway Center security before entering.

Seniors need to arrive by 12:30pm

Students will check in with their counselors on the first floor of the parking garage.

Students will enter security at loading dock 1 directly across the street from the GEICO garage.

Students will exit the arena at Church & Division

Doors for guests will open at 1pm.
Cell Phones

Students may bring cell phones but they may NOT be out during the ceremony.

Any student who takes a cell phone out during the ceremony will be escorted off the floor and will not be able to walk across the stage at graduation.

Please remind your students that cell-phones are to put away during the ceremony.

We recommend students wear attire with pockets or bring a SMALL crossbody bag to wear under their gown.
Graduation Tickets
Tickets were distributed during Senior Clearance. It is open seating. Please do not reserve seats. Families who would like to sit together should plan to enter together. The graduate does not need a ticket to the ceremony and children under three years old do not need a ticket but must sit on the lap of an adult. Keep your tickets in a safe location, as they will be needed to enter the Amway.
Cap & Gown
If you have any questions regarding your cap and gown or have not ordered a cap and gown yet please contact Herff-Jones as soon as possible. Their office number is 407-647-4373. Students are not allowed to decorate their caps.
Graduate Attire

Please wear business professional attire (dress, skirt & blouse, collared dress shirt, tie, slacks, etc.) and dress shoes (recommended to wear closed-toe shoes, and shoes that you have practiced walking in. Remind students they will be standing on their feet for hours. Shoes need to be comfortable)

Caps CANNOT be decorated for the ceremony.

Students will have their attire checked before the ceremony. This is a prestigious occasion, and we expect all graduates to dress appropriately for the occasion.
