Unofficial transcripts will be $2.00 per copy. There will be no charge to audit unofficial transcripts.
It is against OCPS policy to email transcripts. To have a copy mailed to your home, include your mailing address in your order. *Make sure the mailing address provided is the same we have on file for the student*.

Current 2024 Graduates - If you would like a final high school transcript, please wait until June 10th to place your order through school pay. If you place the order prior to
June 10th, it will be processed and will not be finalized (will not include final grades, updated GPA, graduation code).
Alumni Students: All alumni students will be charged $2.00 for an electronic copy and paper copy. Newly graduated students are considered alumni the first day of the new school year. Please be aware that processing can take up to 10 school days. Electronic transcripts are not available for any graduating class on or before 2016. Your hard copy transcript must remain sealed until it is opened by the institution.

All Students: If you are ordering a hard copy, please put
the name and address of the college in the box provided. Electronic copies can only be sent to Florida State Schools, not private schools such as Rollins, etc. All out-of-state transcripts have to be a hard copy with
the address provided.
Newly graduated students are considered alumni the first day of the new school year (Example: A 2021 graduate is considered an Alumni as of August 13th 2021).
Holidays may delay processing times. The average turnaround for transcripts once the order is received is 48 to 72 hours.
Please order 1 transcript at a time for example.
1. University of Georgia, Hard Copy with the address in the Box
2. University of Auburn, Hard Copy with the address in the Box
3. University of Central Florida, Electronic.
PLEASE NOTE: Grade point averages (GPA) are calculated
twice per School year. Class rank will therefore not be
calculated and identified until the end of the semester and
school year.
**Personal advice: When sending a transcript directly to a
college, it would be wise to order one for yourself, as well.
That way, if anything does not go according to plan, you
can handle the situation without having to get back in line,
which can waste time and lead to missed deadlines. **
