Homecoming Dance Information

  1. Print the permission slip, you and your parents review and sign it.
  2. Print the OCPS acknowledgment release form, you and your parents review and sign it.
  3. Check your emails, obligation notices were sent out.
  4. Make sure you meet the criteria to attend
    1. No outstanding obligations
    2. Good discipline – no level 3 or 4 referrals from August 2023 – present
    3. No more than 5 unexcused absences this school year (full day attendance)
    4. Single class absences cannot exceed 15. (checking period by period attendance)
    5. GPA must be 2.0 unweighted (no rounding, freshman excluded)
    6. Passing all current classes
    7. Must have completed Code of Conduct Course and signature on file
  5. Bring your completed permission slip and OCPS acknowledgment form to room 527 during A & B lunch for clearance on approved dates
    1. Seniors beginning 9/9
    2. Juniors beginning 9/11
    3. Sophomores and freshman beginning 9/13
  1. Ticket clearance goes through 9/27 or until sold out, whichever comes first.
  2. Parking is not included in the price of the ticket.
  3. No refunds.
  4. ONLY seniors can bring a guest. Guest form, release form and a copy of their ID must be turned in by 9/19.  This is a hard deadline.
    1. We recommend doing this before that date as the dance sells out.
