Graduation and Ticket Information
- If you need additional tickets, you will need to fill out the Google Form below to request more. We will have a very limited number of extra tickets. Any extra tickets will be first come, first served.

- The graduation ceremony will also be live-streamed. We will post the link as soon as it is available.
- Guidance counselors will be giving seniors their tickets during senior clearance in May. More information about this event is posted in the Student Body Canvas announcements and on the school website.

Event Information:
Mandatory Graduation Meeting
Seniors will have a mandatory graduation meeting on Monday, May 12, 2025 during 6th period in the PAC. Any senior who is not able to attend the meeting due to AP testing, etc should contact their guidance counselor to be excused. Parents do not need to attend this meeting - it is only for seniors.
Senior Laptop / Textbook Return & Obligations
Seniors can begin returning their laptops & textbooks on Monday, 5/12/25. This will be in the media center. See dates and times above.
Senior Clearance – Mandatory Event – All Seniors Must Participate
Senior Clearance will be held in the Media Center on the dates below. Seniors will need to go through several stations to have their clearance form signed off. Seniors should enter the media center from the parking lot doors. Seniors will need to print and bring the form with them.

Graduation Tickets
Graduation tickets will be given out by your counselor during senior clearance. Please make sure you count your tickets before you leave to ensure that you have received all 8 of your tickets. Students who have requested additional tickets will receive them at this time as well. If you have any questions about additional ticket requests, please contact your guidance counselor.
The graduate does not need a ticket to the ceremony and children under four years old do not need a ticket but must sit on the lap of an adult. Keep your tickets in a safe location, as they will be needed to enter the Kia Center. Tickets are open seating. Those with suites will use the suite ticket for entry.
Yearbook Distribution
Yearbook distribution for seniors will be on Wednesday, 5/14/25 at lunch in the media center. We will also have distribution during senior clearance on 5/21 & 5/22.
Senior Gift:
Each Senior will receive an Alumni Shirt as their senior gift. They will be distributed during senior clearance on 5/21 & 5/22. Distribution will be in the media center.
Senior Walk-Out
Senior Walk-out will take place in the courtyard on Monday, 5/12/25 after the graduation meeting. This event will include the traditional “paper toss,” so bring your papers with you.
Attire Under Graduation Gown & Cap Details
- ●Please wear business professional attire (dress, skirt & blouse, collared dress shirt, tie, slacks, etc.) and dress shoes.
- ●Caps CANNOT be decorated for the ceremony.
- ●Students will have their attire checked before the ceremony.This is a prestigious occasion, and we expect all graduates to dress appropriately for the occasion.
Graduation Day
- ●Graduation will be held on Wednesday, May 28 at 7:30pm at the Kia Center.
- ●Seniors should arrive no later than 6:00pm.
- ●Seniors will enter through the loading dock area directly across the street from the GEICO garage.
- ●Students will exit their ceremony via the Northwest doors onto the West Plaza area at the corner of Church Street and Division Ave.
- ●Parking will be free in the Geico Parking garage located across the street from the Kia Center. Parking will be available on floors 2 – 8.
- ●Seniors are not allowed to have bags – 4.5x6.5 inch clutch / cross body or wallet is approved for seniors.
- ●No items that make noise are allowed in the Kia Center (i.e. airhorns, cowbells, etc.).
- ●No helium balloons are allowed in the Kia Center
- ●Kia Center Prohibited Items – list of items is available at https://www.kiacenter.com/arena-info/a-z-guide
- ●All guests will go through a Kia Center check point for entrance.

Senior Gift 2025
Please complete this form to indicate your preference of shirt size for your senior gift (this is free). If you do not complete the form we cannot guarantee that we will have the size you want. Please complete the form by Wednesday, 3/26/25.

Reminder: Order Your 2025 Yearbook
- Yearbooks are almost sold out!
- Order online at www.yearbookforever.com.
- Online sales will close on 3/31/25 unless we sell out before then.
- Please keep in mind:
- We cannot order additional books.
- Our publisher only sells bulk orders to schools, so you can’t order directly through them after we sell out.

Cap & Gown Orders
If you missed the senior class meeting on Friday, 9/20/24, please make sure you stop by the front office or room 522 to pick up a cap & gown and class ring catalog. You can also view the catalog and order online at www.hjproud.com.
Please place your orders by 12/31/24 to receive the discounted pricing.
*All packages include our graduation fee of $35. If you do not order a package, you will need to pay the graduation fee separately. This is still paid through Herff-Jones.
Don’t forget to place your cap & gown orders! Please make sure you order by 1/31/25. Order online at www.hjproud.com or by calling 407-647-4373. You can also reach their customer service at [email protected].
Herff-Jones will also be on campus on Thursday, 1/23/25 during lunches in the cafeteria to answer questions and take orders.

Grad Bash 2025
Seniors: Grad Bash tickets are now on sale!
· Grad Bash at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure will be on Friday, April 4, 2025. Please see the information below for specific times.
· Ticket sales will be from Nov. 21, 2024-Jan. 31, 2025 through School Pay. Due to Universal needing our ticket numbers over a month in advance, we will not sell any tickets after our ticket sale dates end. No exceptions will be made.
· The cost to attend is $125. This includes the cost of transportation. We're sorry, but since this is a special event, you may not use an annual pass.
· There will be NO refunds for this event.
For your ticket purchase to be complete, you will need to turn in your permission slip & a completed Google Form. The permission slip & link to the Google form are below.
You will purchase your ticket first and then submit your permission slip.

Senior Pictures
Leonard's Photography has been chosen as the official senior portrait photographer for our school.
Please ensure you schedule your portrait session as soon as possible, as slots are expected to fill up quickly. You will receive a personalized access code by mail to book your session, which can be done conveniently online at www.leonards.com/schedule. If you do not receive this or you can't locate it in the search feature while booking, please reach out to Leonard's Photography and they can give you your code.
