SENIORS  May 18–19SENIORS COLLECTION  
✔ 8:00–10:30 AM, 11:30 AM–2:00 PM 
✔ Early Return – May 14, 10:00–12:00 Returns only, no counselors

GRADES 9–11  May 20–22

UNDERCLASSMEN COLLECTION  
✔ Collection through English classes 
✔ Keep laptop until ALL testing is done 
✔ Proof of summer classes must be given to keep the device
NOTICE  Read carefully

IMPORTANT REMINDERS  
✔ Back up files to Google Drive 
✔ New laptops given in the first week of school to students without one 
✔ Late returns delay new laptop next year 
✔ Walk-ins accepted May 22, 26–27

Laptop and Textbook Collection

• Laptop collection for students occurs on assigned dates. ELA teachers will notify students of their schedule.
• Students should keep their laptops until ALL testing is completed, including CFEs.
• Walk-in times are available at the end of the return window.
• Students will need to back up all documents and files to their Google drive. H drives will be deleted over summer.
• Only students who show proof of a summer course may keep their device.  
• Distribution of new laptops during the first week of school will only occur for those students who do not currently have a device. Students who keep their device for summer will be seen later in August or September.
