Swim Test Requirements:

• Swim 150 yards continuously using front crawl, breaststroke, or a combination
• Transition into a 2-minute tread using only legs
• Finish with a 50-yard swim
• No rest allowed; must demonstrate breath control and rhythmic breathing

• Swim 20 yards
• Surface dive to retrieve a 10-pound object from 7–10 feet deep
• Return to surface and swim back 20 yards holding the object
• Exit water without ladder or steps
• Must complete within 1 minute and 40 seconds
