Free Flu Shot Information 2021
We are happy to be able to serve your family by offering free flu shots for students right here at Timber Creek High School on November 18, 2021. Times will be announced soon. If you would like the convenience of safeguarding your child with a free flu shot, you will need to sign the consent form below and bring it to Mrs. Cuevas (our school nurse) in the clinic.

We will need the consent form by November 11, 2021 in order to make sure our Partners have enough supplies.
